Digital Skills Training for CSU Faculty and Staff in September in San Francisco, for free! Forwarded message

Are you a CSU faculty or staff member who teaches Humanities or supports Humanities technologies?

Need more hack, and less yack?

Here is a great opportunity to expand your digital skill set and meet fellow scholars and professionals who are exploring and leading the way in the technology & humanities frontiers. THATCamp SoCal 2012 is a "user-generated unconference" located this year on the campus of CSUF.

Registration is limited to 100 people (we’re almost 25% full after just 1 day of registration), so you will need to act quickly.

On top of this, it is FREE. Plus the sponsors (CSUF Pollak Library, CSUF Academic Technology, CSUF College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Occidental College Center for Digital learning and Research, and UCL’s Digital Humanities Center) are providing the meals!

I hope to see you in September, at THATCamp!
